Our staff will remain accessible via the usual phone numbers and email addresses although we can implement a number of extra measures to maintain continuity if needed.
Landline numbers may be diverted and staff may be homeworking during self-isolation, however this will be accomplished by seamless use of technology. As a customer or supplier, there should be no interruption to normal service levels.
In short, we will try our best and continue to support and service our/your machines.
We are pleased to say that all our services are operating normally.
The restrictions on overseas transportation is causing a slight delay in some supply and deliveries however we are doing everything possible to minimise this.
